Notice is hereby given to the general public that certain unknown and unauthorized persons have fraudulently misused the SMS Header “RSBPLT” and the name/logo of Rajendra Share Broking Pvt. Ltd. for transmitting fake and unauthorized SMS messages relating to gaming, gambling, phishing and other fraudulent activities.

Rajendra Share Broking Pvt. Ltd. has neither issued nor authorized any such messages. The Company has deactivated the said SMS Header and has initiated appropriate legal and regulatory action with the concerned authorities.

The general public is hereby cautioned not to act upon such messages, click on any embedded links, scan QR codes, download attachments, or disclose any personal, banking, trading credentials, passwords or OTPs in response to such communications.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person acting on the basis of such unauthorized and fraudulent communications.
